Plot Area- 69 Acres

This township is at its last leg of completion, the plot under consideration is a series of buildings complimenting the wind flow and natural light. This residential complex also has commercial shops and offices at the lowermost layers followed by the parking connected via ramps. A common shared amenity podium connecting these buildings adds up to the cultural context of the place. Abiding the rules and making maximum utility of FSI any not forgetting user experience was the key aim of the design.
